Contesting, called Radiosport in ham radio, has many devoted followers, but it also has its detractors. At the September LARC meeting, Gregory Brown, KTØK, will present the pros and cons of each stance and provide a basic introduction to contesting, including ways advocates and adversaries can coexist on the bands.
